For many, a trip to Whole Foods Market means restocking fresh produce and foods, but for others (us included), taking a visit to the Disneyland of clean beauty means hours of walking the aisles in search of the next best thing on our vanities. If you’re not a weekly regular to the beauty section in your local store, now is the perfect time to take a peek, as Whole Foods Market’s Beauty Week is coming up on March 10 through the 16th—and the sale is out of this world.

For the duration of the sale, Whole Foods is offering their full range of beauty products at 25 percent off, plus an extra 10 percent off for Prime Members. Also included in the sale are Beauty Bags—filled with $135 worth of products—which are selling for just $20 starting March 12.

In honor of Beauty Week, experts on the brand’s Trend Council have announced a list of their top five clean beauty trends for 2021, and they have one overarching theme in each of their trends: simplicity. “The beauty industry has seen significant consumer shifts this year due to COVID-19, and our trends are a true reflection of these changes,” said Amy Jargo, global beauty buyer at Whole Foods Market per a release. “Customers are looking to streamline their beauty routines, while also seeking out brands that align with their values like those that limit their environmental impact with waterless and upcycled products. Beauty Week is the perfect time for customers to try these trending ingredients and products at a great discount.”

According to the brand, the first trend prediction for 2021 is waterless beauty products, which not only save shelf space and reduce our environmental footprint, but require a very small amount of water in order to be effective. Thankfully, Whole Foods offers a wide selection of waterless products, two of our favorites being HiBAR Maintain Solid Shampoo ($13) and Hello Antiplaque + Whitening Toothpaste Tablets ($9).

Next up on the beauty trends list is multitasking balms, which are skin-nourishing moisturizers in stick form that give all of our dry areas a little bit of love in one go. They also predicted that “juiced-up” skin care—a term that describes superfood-filled products that make our skin appear glowy and firm—is taking over the clean beauty industry, touting products such as ACURE: Seriously Soothing Blue Tansy Jelly Mask ($18), which houses seaweed, eggplant and blueberry for a hydrating, glass-like effect on the skin.

Finally, upcycled beauty and soothing remedies are on the rise, with repurposed ingredients and skin-soothers like tea tree oil and witch hazel topping more ingredient decks. Before heading to the sale, whether in-store or on Amazon, check out our most-loved stressed skin soothers: Alba Botanica Acnedote Pimple Patches ($8) and Weleda Clarifying Cleansing Face Gel ($19).
