Victoria Beckham Beauty’s luxury line is a celebrity favorite, and for good reason. Rita Ora swears by the brand’s Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer, revealing that it gets her “stopped on the street.” Meanwhile, Georgia May Jagger never leaves home without the Lip Definer Precision Lip Pencil in her bag, and Netflix’s Dream Home Makeover star Shea McGee is obsessed with its Posh Lipstick in the shade Pout. But there’s a new addition that’s making waves: The Concealer Pen ($68), a click-button formula infused with skin-care actives—available now.
“I use click pens under my eyes and around my nose, and I knew what I wanted wasn’t out there,” Beckham told WWD ahead of the launch. “I was going to do complexion when I first started the brand, and then I realized it wouldn’t satisfy me. My dream was to do complexion with meaningful science behind it.”
The “meaningful science” Beckham mentions comes from none other than Dr. Augustinus Bader, a renowned doctor and professor known for his groundbreaking skin-care ingredient, TFC8. Present in every product across his eponymous line—from its cult-favorite Rich Cream to its ultra-hydrating Body Cream—TFC8 is a blend of amino acids, high-grade vitamins, and synthesized molecules that repair and renew the skin.
Beckham has always admired Dr. Bader’s work and approached him to join forces on her beauty line. Their partnership kicked off with the Victoria Beckham Beauty Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer, launched in November 2019, just two months after her brand’s official debut. Since then, every product labeled “With TFC8” features this coveted ingredient, and the upcoming concealer is no exception.
“I was such an admirer of your work,” Beckham told Dr. Bader in a video interview. “Obsessed with TFC8 after I’d been using both your regular cream and your rich cream. The dream product would be a priming moisturizer that has a glow but has skin-care benefits.” That same philosophy seemingly applies to the new concealer, as the brand claims it delivers clinical results, namely the reduction of dark circles, undereye puffiness and hyperpigmentation after four weeks.
At the time of writing, you can shop The Concealer Pen lineup on the Victoria Beckham Beauty website. The formula comes in 16 shades with light-to-medium coverage, boasting great skin-care ingredients, including Dr. Bader’s aforementioned TFC8, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 (a peptide known for reducing the appearance of fine lines), Polyglutamic Acid (dubbed a “moisture magnet” by the brand), and moisturizing squalene.
