Thanks to a video workout routine the country A-lister posted on Instagram this week, we now have an inside look at one of her leg workouts of choice—and who knew it’d be so easy to do!

All you need are two towels, a mat and a smooth floor to mimic Carrie’s moves. In her post, the star writes, “No need for tons of equipment or complicated moves. It’s Erin Oprea [her personal trainer] approved! Now get moving!”
