Celebrity hairstylist Christian Wood just launched his own IGTV series. In it, he catches up with some of his closest friends, who just so happen to be some of the biggest stars in Hollywood. Lucky for us, Wood asks all of the questions we’ve been dying to ask ourselves. This week’s guest? None other than the North’s own Sophie Turner.

Much has changed for Turner since the closing credits of Game of Thrones: She’s happily married to Jonas Brother Joe Jonas, recently starred in Quibi’s original show Survive, and is rumored to be pregnant with their first child. However, no matter how much the 24-year-old has going on, she’s still as relatable as ever.

“This is the first time I’ve done my makeup in so long,” Turner tells the camera as she and Wood video chat, both in silk robes. “It was actually so exciting.” When Wood tells the actress that all of her fans want to know her skin-care routine, she responds with refreshing honesty. “That’s very nice that they asked me that because my skin is awful at the moment.”

Easy Does It
“I clean my skin first with just normal micellar water because my skin is super sensitive,” Turner says of her first skin-care step. “It’s so good and then you don’t have to wash your face after—it’s just so refreshing. It’s amazing.”

Calming Cream
Step two of Turner’s skin-care routine is a combination of La Mer moisturizer and something of a mystery cream she says purchased in Italy before Coronavirus struck. “Rilastil Laboratory Milano,” she reads off of the bottle. “It’s totally changed my life—I don’t know what it says on the front or the back, but I just asked the woman at the pharmacy, I was like, ‘My skin is breaking out, can I have something?,’ and so she gave me this and it’s a life-saver. It just calms your skin down.”

The product in question is Difesa Sterile Cream, a European pharmacy favorite that’s created for skin types prone to sensitivity and redness. The hypoallergenic emollient works by building a compromised skin barrier back up, the key to healthy, happy skin.

Cool Down
In the evenings, Turner says she’s started using Peter Thomas Roth’s Cucumber Gel Mask ($55) “because it’s so hot now in L.A.” She adds: “You put it in your fridge, leave it in your fridge all day, and then it’s so nice and refreshing. It has aloe in it, so after being in the sun or whatever, you can just put it on and it’s just so calming and soothing. I use it every night and leave it on overnight and it’s super hydrating.”

Sister-Sister
When Wood asks Turner for the best beauty tip she’s learned from a fellow celeb, she credits sister-in-law Priyanka Chopra Jonas and her mix-it-yourself masks. “I have to say, Priyanka does these videos, they’re like makeshift hair and face masks that she does and they’re really interesting.”

Our favorite hair mask from Chopra Jonas’ lineup? This $17 at-home treatment she swears by for growing thicker hair.
