Move over Gwyneth: In the world of “a celeb wellness pick you really didn’t know you needed” news, musician Bryan Adams just shared his must-have product list with The Strategist, and the singer’s $8 sleep mask had us making a quick move to search-and-purchase.
“This is great for the airplane and also the hotel,” says the 62-year-old Cuts Like a Knife singer of the affordable and available-on-Amazon Dream Essentials Dreamer Sleep Mask, which comes in an array of punchy colors and even throws in a pair of free ear plugs for good measure.
“I can’t always rely on hotels to have blackout curtains, so I always pack this eye mask with me. It’s comfortable to wear, and I don’t have to worry about light issues. If you’re like me and you’re like Count Dracula, you just want to have a little bit of darkness. These completely block out the light.”
On the more beauty end of the list, Adams gave an A-plus to Bumble & Bumble Hair Gel.
“I keep my hair quite short, and I like it tidy. So I need a good hair gel, and I keep coming back to this one. I stumbled on Bumble & Bumble in New York years ago when I lived there momentarily, and I’ve just sort of stuck with it. I occasionally use other hair gels, but what I like about this most is that it doesn’t smell. And it has a really nice texture.”
