Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Cherry Baby’: A Cherry-Inspired Scent
Believe it or not, this it not Sabrina’s first scent rodeo, as the pop princess released her Sweet Tooth fragrance back in 2022. Last week, Carpenter posted a sultry photo to her Instagram story, linking to a website called Fragrance By Sabrina. Carpenter followed up the story teaser with a grid post featuring the same selfie and an artsy picture of a bowl of cherries, writing in the caption “soft skin and i 🍒 it for you. fragrancebysabrina.com 7/25/24.”
Today, Carpenter’s third fragrance Cherry Baby ($55) in partnership with Scent Beauty is officially available, and the alluring, edible fragrance profile is sure to have you swooning. “I wanted this fragrance to be bold and flirty while also feeling sophisticated and timeless,” Carpenter said in a press release for the new scent, “Cherry Baby is all about capturing those moments of joy and making every day feel a bit more magical.”
What does Cherry Baby smell like, then? According to the brand, the perfume features an intoxicating concoction of “Cherry Cosmo, Glazed Apple, Plum Nectar, Brown Sugar, Red Poppy, Peony Blossom, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla Orchid, Cashmere Wood, Sensual Musk, Patchouli Elixir, and Amber Resin.” While we may have expected an espresso-themed scent from Carpenter, we have to assume this cherry vibe is a hint at what’s to come on her much anticipated album “Short ‘n’ Sweet” coming next month. Cherry Baby is available now on Fragrancebysabrina.com, and will be available on Amazon, Walmart, RiteAid, The Buckle and Scentbeauty.com in August.
