The hype around probiotics isn’t going anywhere. And according to Ganenden’s 2017 SSI Consumers Survey, 79 percent of shoppers say they prefer to consume probiotics in food and beverage products rather than supplements. While many of us would reach for a bottle of kombucha for our fix of the digestion-helping bacteria, some can’t get past the vinegar taste.
