Natalie Portman’s nose? Angelina’s lips? Jennifer Lopez’s butt? The list of requested look-like-this-celeb plastic surgeries just got a new contender: Ivanka Trump.
As first reported on by ABC’s Nightline, two Texas women in particular have spent a ton of money to look like the 35-year-old, and they aren’t the only ones getting in on the trend.

First up: Tiffany Taylor, who was all about recreating Ivanka’s “classic features.” She’s spent the last year getting breast implants, a mini-eyelift, injections, fat-grafting in her cheeks, liposuction and rhinoplasty to look like her idol; she says she spent $60K for the transformation.
Then there’s Jenny Stuart, 36, who says she’s already been told “hundreds of times” that she looks like Angelina Jolie. She’s spent an estimated $30,000 on Brazilian butt lift, rhinoplasty, breast enhancement and fillers.
Both ladies had their makeovers done by Houston plastic surgeon Franklin Rose, MD, who told Nightline that these two aren’t the first patients to come in with pictures of Ivanka. In fact, he says he’s getting “more and more clients asking for the ‘Ivanka Trump look.’”
The most requested features? Her breasts, her nose and her face.
