Pamela Anderson’s makeup-free, naturally glowing look may have very well overshadowed the clothing at Paris Fashion Week, and now we know a little bit of the skin-care secret behind it.
As posted in a video by Vogue France, Anderson’s glow is partially due to biotech skin-care brand Orveda—more specifically, the brand’s Firm Brew Cream, the Eye Unveiler and the just-launched Omnipotent Concentrate. The powerful serum contains 16 highly concentrated actives, while promising firmer, more supple and even-toned skin.
It was also a star at spring’s Cannes Film Festival, where the brand set up the celeb-popular skin-care suites—aka, Le Studio Orveda—over a few rooms in the Carlton Cannes.
“I just put on some moisturizer because I’m not in to the makeup look right now,” Anderson said in the video, adding that she did not go to France with a thought-out plan to “not wear makeup.”
“Something just came over me,” she said. “I don’t need a stylist…I don’t have a glam team…I’m kind of just doing this freestyle.”
Adding that skipping out on the makeup made her feel “freedom,” Anderson said it was a feeling her mom warned her would hit sooner or later.
“My mom always told me that, at some point in my life, I would not want to wear makeup on my skin…she was right!”
