The anticipation is finally over—the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is back. For the first time in five years, models hit the iconic stage yet again on Tuesday evening. All wore the new and improved iconic Angel Wings. The show even brought the most legendary models and musical artists to walk for the comeback. One major change that was hard to ignore was the no-makeup makeup look that dominated the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show stage.

Natural Beauties: Skin Prep Tips for a VS Angel Complexion

In past shows, VS veterans such as Adriana Lima, Taylor Hill and of course Gigi and Bella Hadid have participated in bold and glamorous looks. All sported bombshell blowouts, bold eyeliner and had various beauty looks to compliment each pair of wings or lingerie set. This year, the makeup looks were much more barefaced, letting flawless skin shine. One supermodel icon, Jasmine Tookes, took us behind the scenes. Her pre-show routine focused on creating healthy, dewy skin and emphasizing the skin-first approach of the 2024 VS angels. In the TikTok, Tookes uses 111Skin’s Cryo Depuffing Eye Masks ($110 for a pack of eight) to help get her skin snatched before getting angeled up.

Backstage was one of the most exciting times for viewers to glimpse at the angels in all their glam and glory. This year, backstage cameras captured supermodels such as Alex Cosani, showcasing her bare, glowy skin. The models let their natural features shine before getting glammed, reminding the world exactly why they earned the name angels.
