If pimple-popping videos make you queasy, click away from this article immediately. Seriously, this may be the most graphic cyst-popping video we’ve ever seen. But if you gain any sort of satisfaction from images of cleared out pores and emptied zits, welcome to the cyst pop of your dreams.
In a YouTube video posted to Reddit, dermatologist Vikram Singh Yadav slowly squeezes a sebaceous cyst until all of the gray muck (which turns out to be keratin, as the doctor mentions) is released from the growth. The video itself is pretty old, dating back to 2012, but it’s only recently started trending on Reddit. And after watching the full two-minute video, you’ll understand why Redditor’s have just dubbed this visual the “never-ending cyst.”

Even worse, Dr, Yadav calmly mentions that all the gunk draining from the cyst “has a characteristic smell due to the presence of some sulphur content.” Wonderful.
