In a recent Instagram story, This Is Us star Mandy Moore shares a glimpse of her behind-the-scenes makeup lineup and we are taking serious notes on the products her makeup artist applies to ready Moore’s skin for a close-up.
For skin prep and makeup touchup, Moore’s makeup artist uses the dirt- and makeup-melting Klorane Micellar Water With Organically Farmed Cornflower ($26) as well as Evian Brumisateur Natural Mineral Water Facial Spray ($14), which is known for its hydrating and refreshing abilities and is especially suitable for a makeup refresh throughout the day.
To prime and perfect the skin, she then goes in with the pore-smoothing Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer ($54) and tops it off with a few different shades of Clé de Peau The Foundation SPF 21 ($250), which she taps in with a Beautyblender Makeup Sponge ($20). The result: even, porcelain skin that looks flawless both on camera and in person.
For the eyes, Moore’s makeup artist applies a few sweeps of L’Oreal Voluminous Original Mascara ($9) to the lashes for a defined look. While there are many other products used in her BTS routine, these few products alone make for a simple, fast and gorgeous look.
