If you tuned in to any—or all—of the most recent season of Love Island USA, you know that it was easily one of the most drama-filled seasons of the hit dating show to date (and that’s coming from someone who has seen quite literally every episode across every country’s iteration). At the heart of much of the drama this season was the now-beloved Leah Kateb, who fans have grown to adore for her humor, candor, realness—and top-notch beauty recommendations.

You would think that after six weeks of the constant Fiji heat and endless arguments, tears and messy challenges would take a toll on one’s skin, but Kateb’s complexion always looked flawless from her bare-faced daytime looks to full glam at night. If you’re wondering how she does it, the good news is that you can count on her to be transparent with her fans. Keep reading to find out exactly what Kateb is getting done to her skin ahead of the Love Island USA reunion on Monday, August 19.

Leah Kateb’s Cosmetic Treatment Rundown

If there’s anything we know about the reality star, it’s that she’s never afraid to speak her truth, even when it comes down to her cosmetic treatments. In a recent TikTok video posted by Beverly Hills medspa, BLUSH, we got to see the full lineup of treatments Kateb’s getting as of late. Before getting started on her “post villa refresh,” BLUSH’s Corie Prendergast revealed that this was her client’s first time back since being on Accutane, giving us further insight into her glowing skin.

First up in Kateb’s treatment regimen is the BBL Laser, which Prendergast notes she’s using to minimize her acne scars post-Accutane. She also notes that she opted for just one pass on Kateb’s skin since it was her first time trying the device. Next, she goes in with filler and Botox, tackling all the major areas from the cheeks to the temples, between the brows and, of course, the lips. She then goes in with Aquagold and PRP to supplement the Botox in her forehead and cheeks. While applying the Aquagold PRP, Prendergast advises Kateb on a gentle and protective skin-care routine for the next several days, recommending gentle products, like Alastin’s Gentle Face Cleanser ($52), which Kateb has been using since she was on Accutane, and of course, SPF.
