Lindsay Hubbard is all in on the “old money blonde” trend for fall, and it’s about to become your new favorite hair color for fall. If you’re not yet familiar, this sought-after hair color is “defined by rich ribbons of blonde that range from butter colors to beige,” said Min Kim, colorist and L’Oréal Professionnel Global Ambassador in an interview with NewBeauty. She adds that the hue is “demure and mindful,” making it a perfect fit for the latest TikTok craze.

The Summer House star turned to her go-to hairstylist, Julius Michael, to create her elegant blended blonde look. And here’s the best part—Michael has shared the exact formula he used, so you can easily screenshot it and take it to your colorist for your own fall hair transformation. In a detailed Instagram post, he also highlighted how his favorite Schwarzkopf Igora Vibrance hair color is pregnancy-safe, making it perfect for moms-to-be like Hubbard. The Steps to Lindsay Hubbard’s “Old Money Blonde” Hair Transformation

Michael used a full range of Schwarzkopf products on his client, starting with Blondeme 9 + lightener mixed with 20 Volume developer in a 1:1 to 1:1.5 ratio for a creamy consistency. He then applied baby lights and teasy lights throughout her hair. Next, he used a Schwarzkopf formula featuring 7-1 (40 grams), 6-23 (20 grams), and 6 volume gel activator, processing the mixture for 25 minutes before rinsing and shampooing.

For toning and root shadow, Michael applied Schwarzkopf IGORA Vibrance. He mixed 10-5 (1.5 oz), 9-0 (0.5 oz), and a big drop of 8-0, applying this to damp hair. He processed the roots for 10 minutes, then pulled the formula through to the midshaft for five minutes, and finished by working it through to the ends for another five minutes.

Next came styling. The stylist reached for the Schwarzkopf OSiS Upload Bodifying Cream, which he used on-towel dried hair, before applying a pump or two of Schwarzkopf OSiS Soft Dust on her roots. He finished with the brand’s Schwarzkopf OSiS Glow for high-shine and frizz control.
