The company explained to WWD that it believes she will help “innovate (the brand) and stay in the market.” Palmer’s new role will “be instrumental in shaping how we communicate our overall brand to the end consumer,” said Chandra Coleman, head of marketing for hair and personal care brands at Revlon. Coleman also noted that “her creative input will be invaluable as we strive to innovate and stay ahead in the market.”
The goal for Revlon’s hair collaboration with Palmer is to connect with the younger generation and explore innovative methods to nurture textured and curly hair.
