As Daily Mail reports, supermodel Kate Moss has been named the new creative director of Diet Coke as the brand celebrates its 40-year anniversary and ignites the Diet Coke ‘Love What You Love’ campaign.
According to the publication, Moss was brought on board to bring her “unique aesthetic and style to the brand.” But, she’s looking forward to the collaboration, too. “I am thrilled to join the Diet Coke family—I love the past collaborations they’ve done with such incredible names in fashion,” she says. “The Love What You Love campaign connected with me instantly as I am a firm believer that with confidence and passion, you can achieve your wildest dreams. As Creative Director, I’m looking forward to inspiring fans and celebrating the brand’s 40th Birthday in style.”
Before Kate stepped up to the plate, she was the creative director for Japanese beauty brand Decorté. Now, she’s taking her place at Diet Coke, preceding other iconic creative directors like Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld and Ben Stiller.
