Hilary Duff is keeping busy. Between raising three kids with husband Matthew Koma and shooting for upcoming Hulu original How I Met Your Father, the 33 year-old actress and author understands the importance of keeping up immunity, especially against a rigorous schedule.
One of Duff’s secrets, according to an Instagram story shared today: Vive Organic Immunity Boost Shot ($3.50), a two-ounce health-boosting elixir she dubs a “daily ritual.”
Inside the pocket-sized shot: a smooth blend of ginger, turmeric, echinacea, black pepper, pineapple and lemon. The organic, kosher, gluten-free, vegan and cold-pressed shot is said to help strengthen the immune system and fight fatigue, whether it’s from stress, travel or sickness.
