We spotted a handful of nail trends we love on the 2024 Emmys red carpet. From glass slipper nails to blush manicures, we’re bookmarking a lot of looks. A lot of our favorite manicures had one thing in common—the same nail polish brand. At least six stars all wore $15 Aprés Nail polish, whether with intricate nail art or just a couple of simple coats. Here are all the shades you need to get the 2024 Emmys manicure looks.
Jennifer Aniston
Nominee Jennifer Aniston went with a classic French manicure for the 2024 Emmys. Celebrity manicurist Kim Truong created the look with Aprés Nail’s Light & Shadow Sheer Gel in For Once ($15) as the base. To get that fine French line she used the Artiste Gel Brush Liner ($15) to apply Cloud Nine ($21).
Kristen Wiig
“These nails shimmer in the light and have a Cinderella glass slipper feel,” celebrity manicurist Vanessa Sanchez McCullough says of Kristen Wiig’s Emmys nails. “I wanted to give Kristen the perfect nail to compliment her gorgeous dress, so I decided to customize the already beautiful shade of Forgotten Film ($15) from Aprés Gel Couleur,” says Sanchez McCullough. “ I diluted the color a bit with Aprés Base Gelcoat ($13) to make it semi-sheer and added a very fine, transparent holographic glitter.”
Brie Larson
We’re always after the perfect natural nail, and nominee Brie Larson’s manicure at the 2024 Emmys is just what we’re seeking. “I loved this nude shade so much because the tone is the perfect blend of pink and beige,” says celebrity manicurist Ashlie Johnson. “It was such an elegant combination with the tones of her makeup and classically timeless Chanel dress.” The color in question is Girl Dinner ($15) from Aprés Nail’s Light & Shadow Sheer Gel Couleur collection.
Quinta Brunson
Celebrity manicurist Temeka Jackson went full glam for Quinta Brunson’s Emmys manicure with custom press-on nails featuring a coat of Could’ve, Should’ve, Would’ve ($15) and two coats of Girl Dinner. She topped it with rhinestones and intricate black and sparkly silver nail art.
Maya Rudolph
“For Maya’s Emmy manicure moment, we chose Aprés Nail in the shade Cold Coffee ($15) from the Light & Shadow Sheer Gel Couleur collection,” says Johnson. “The stunning shade of the Chloè dress and boots made this a beautiful warm accent color.”
Maya Erskine
Nominee Maya Erskine wore the blush nail trend to this year’s Emmys. Celebrity manicurist Emi Kudo used two coats of Be Still ($15) from Aprés Light & Shadow Sheer Gel Couleur. She then mixed Be Still and Wine O’Clock ($15) on a mixing palette to create the sheer blush color, then applied a bit of the concoction for a subtle flush.
