Drew Barrymore has friends in high places, literally. She recently posted a makeup-free selfie of her girls on what appears to be a mountaintop. Some familiar faces included in the group pic are longtime friends Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz and Nicole Richie. Although it’s not the first totally fresh faced celeb photo in existance (Barrymore is known to post them often), it’s surely the most star-powered one.

Barrymore captioned the photo with a message about the importance of friendship and the power of being surrounded by strong women, “#peopleilove hold onto those you love and climb a mountain together. The women in my life are doers. That can be anything from life, work and physical capability. Zest if you will. I follow my friends. And when I am most in need, I hold on tighter. But it is when they need me… I know I have done something right. To earn their trust. Love your friends. Share kindness. Hold onto moments and most of all… MAKE MORE PLANS!!!!!!!!!”
It’s no surprise this particular group of strong women are comfortable going sans makeup in front of the camera. They’ve each shared similar images of their natural faces on their own Instagram pages in the past. Just a few months ago Paltrow shared a similar image of herself, Barrymore and Diaz in honor of Diaz’s birthday.
