The country music icon’s debut makeup collection is here, kicking off with a lineup of rhinestone-bedazzled lipsticks that channel some of the performer’s unforgettably sparkly fashion moments.
“I’ve always said I never leave a rhinestone unturned,” Parton told WWD ahead of Dolly Beauty’s launch. “I’ve wanted to be pretty my whole life like most girls, especially country girls that have a dream of glamour. I started creating my own little makeup things at home when I was just a kid, and I’ve been known for wearing makeup—usually too much—for years.”
The first release from Dolly Beauty is Heaven’s Kiss lipstick collection. Priced at $20 a pop, these lipsticks come in four shades (with more to come, according to the brand’s website!), featuring gold packaging covered in sparkling rhinestones.

Heaven’s Kiss lipstick shade boasts names that’ll certainly resonate with Parton’s fans: Jolene Red, Honey Plum, Rosebud, and Birthday Suit. “I like to name my products after songs,” she told WWD. For colors, you can expect the essentials: Classic reds, pinks, and neutrals that align with her philosophy of offering a variety of shades for makeup lovers. “It’s important to create things that people that do wear makeup can enjoy,” Parton said. “You have to have a variety of colors.”
This new business venture follows Parton’s successful launch of her first fragrance, Dolly Sent From Above, which she came out with in 2021. “I’ve always wanted my own wig line,” Parton told the outlet. “But I always loved makeup, and when we did the fragrance, makeup seemed like the next step.
Through the years, we’ll be doing different products with makeup, and eventually, we may do hair care or this or that,” Parton continued. “Anything that has to do with beauty—new dreams come every day.”
