I don’t know about you, but my entire TikTok “For You” page as of late has been dominated by all things Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Whether it’s videos of users trying their hand at the famous “Thunderstruck” dance or clips from the long-awaited Netflix docuseries America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, we’re all obsessed with the high-kicking, big-haired ladies of the DCC.

With choreography as difficult as theirs and a “stage” that bakes under the Texas heat for most of the year, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders can’t afford to play around when it comes to hair and makeup. If you’ve been wondering how the DCC superstars stay looking so flawless from practice to game day, Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader Sophy Laufer just revealed her full face makeup routine that she relies on to withstand long practices and late nights.

Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Sophy Laufer’s Face Makeup Routine

Starting off her routine, Laufer goes in with e.l.f.’s Halo Glow Liquid Filter ($14) to create an effortlessly glowy base, before spot concealing with Makeup By Mario’s SurrealSkin Awakening Concealer ($29), noting not to blend too much before you go in with foundation. For foundation, she (and her mom and sister) swear by Armani’s Luminous Silk Natural Glow Foundation ($48), which she says she’s been using for four years now.

Moving on to bronzer, Laufer starts with the cream section of Patrick Ta’s Major Sculpt Crème Contour & Powder Bronzer Duo ($40) across her cheekbones and forehead (she layers the powder variation on top later), before adding a bit more of the SurrealSkin foundation and going in for her first round of setting with Huda Beauty’s Easy Bake Loose Setting Powder ($38). Between all the jump splits, high kicks and higher temps, it’s no surprise that setting powder is key in Laufer’s DCC makeup routine. She even notes that her secret to concealing blemishes long-term is adding setting powder over top of any spot-concealed areas.

While some of Laufer’s other Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader practice makeup routine favorites include Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder ($48), Dior’s Rosy Glow Blush ($40) and One/Size’s On ‘Til Dawn Setting Spray ($34), she also revealed her “holy grail for game day” product: MAC’s Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation ($44). “It’s the best and will lock your makeup in,” Laufer says, noting that she recommends it to friends, family and her fellow DCC sweethearts.
