A recent report, highlighted by the New York Post, breaks down global breast size averages, and the findings are intriguing and diverse. Norway takes the lead, with women reportedly having an average cup size between C and D, followed closely by the United States and the United Kingdom averaging a C cup.

According to the report, here are the top 10 countries ranked by average breast size:

  1. Norway: C–D
  2. United States: C
  3. United Kingdom: C
  4. Venezuela: B–C
  5. Colombia: B–C
  6. Sweden: B–C
  7. Netherlands: B–C
  8. Canada: B–C
  9. Georgia: B
  10. Australia: B

The study points to several contributing factors, including genetics, lifestyle and regional differences in BMI (body mass index). While countries with higher BMIs often report larger cup sizes, Norway bucks the trend, maintaining a lower average BMI yet topping the list.

Meanwhile, countries like Bangladesh, Indonesia and Kenya average between AA and A cups, which the report attributes to distinct genetic and nutritional factors. The study shows that beauty norms can vary worldwide, as well as the factors that shape our bodies. Regardless of where a country ranks, breast size is only one small part of the larger beauty conversation.
