Just this week, Clean & Clear opted for a cautionary recall of 7,800 bottles of the iconic Morning Burst Face Wash. Ahead, find out why the company has decided to call back the product.
Clean & Clear Staple Face Wash Recalled
Just yesterday, on October 31, the FDA published an enforcement report notice informing consumers about the voluntary recall of 7,800 bottles of Clean & Clear Morning Burst Face Wash due to micro contamination. The recall notice doesn’t give any more information on what caused the micro contamination, but the notice impacts products sold in Georgia, Florida, Oregon, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas.
Though we don’t know much about the specifics of the recall yet, J&J is practicing exceptional caution in recalling this face wash.
