This summer was all about creative manicures—from Hailey Bieber’s farmer’s market nails to Kylie Jenner’s garden-inspired designs and countless other head-turning looks. But one area that didn’t quite get the same love? Playful pedicures. While most of us are already easing into fall mani-pedi mode, let’s not forget—summer isn’t over yet. Enter Benny Blanco’s Persian rug-inspired pedicure, single-handedly putting creative toes on the map just in time for summer’s final stretch.

The record producer entrusted celebrity nail artist Tahvya Krok (aka @nailedbytav on Instagram) to bring his statement-making pedicure to life, and he chose well. Known for her wildly intricate designs, Krok’s Instagram feed features everything from toes adorned with hand-painted sushi rolls to sculpted limes. Her latest masterpiece—Blanco’s Persian rug-inspired pedicure—is a near-perfect replica of the real thing, complete with fringe at the tips for an extra-authentic touch.

Unsurprisingly, his pedicure has sparked a flurry of reactions among Krok’s followers. Celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik gave his stamp of approval, commenting, “I got to see these in person and they were 🔥🔥🔥!! Love ❤️” on her post of Blanco’s toes. But perhaps the most epic comment of all read, “Actually obsessed but also thinking about how stressed Selena [Gomez] will be feeling if he accidentally rubs his lil fuzzy rug toes on her.”

This isn’t Blanco’s first visit to Krok or his first double-take-worthy pedicure. In fact, he’s become so synonymous with bold pedicures that even Krok’s fans can spot his toes from a mile away. “Hahahaha I knew this would be Benny’s toes,” one person commented on the Instagram post of his Persian rug pedicure, while another wrote, “I knew it was Benny without even seeing the tag.”

And remember the lime design mentioned earlier? Those were painted on his toes, taking two hours to complete, according to Krok’s Instagram. But that’s just the start—he’s also sported a pedicure inspired by a jar of Best Maid Pickles and another themed around pepperoni pizza. Clearly, he’s a fan of foodie pedicures, but his latest might just signal a shift into the home decor space. Love ’em or hate ’em, we’ll keep you posted on his next design.
