The supermodel’s most recent TikTok shows off her pre-flight routine, which starts with a morning elliptical workout. Next, Hadid makes a cup of hot tea and heads over to the sauna to sweat out toxins, de-bloat and reset.
For an added boost of immunity, she undergoes a vitamin-infused IV drip next, which she accompanies with the compressing Normatec 2.0 Legs ($900). Then, Hadid gets hooked up to an oxygen bar, which is said to boost energy, aid in post-workout recovery, induce relaxation and help with headaches.
Moving on to nutrition, the 25-year-old drinks a cleansing and detoxifying lemon juice, munches on a protein-filled wrap, snacks on some hummus with pita and finishes everything off with a celery and cucumber-filled green juice. Now, Hadid is ready for her flight. As she says in her caption, “Health is wealth!”
