We can’t explain why, but we’ve watched a lot of pimple-popping videos. Like, a lot. For some reason, the feeling of watching someone else’s monstrous cyst or troublesome blackheads get poked and prodded is as satisfying as it is revolting. But the removal Upland, CA, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, lovingly known as Dr. Pimple Popper, is about to post on her YouTube channel is not the blackhead extraction that makes us look into the magnifying mirror to see if there’s anything similar to poke at. In fact, it might be her biggest pop yet, and we can’t stop looking.

On August 4, Dr. Pimple Popper posted a picture of the cyst on her Instagram: it’s on the back of a man’s neck, is almost as big as his head, and seriously gives us strong Voldemort-on-the-back-of-Quirrell’s-head vibes.
Two days later, she posted a video of the same patient. It’s just a teaser, though; the short clip only shows her squeezing the cyst with her hand like a stress-reliever ball. Except bigger. And a cyst.
There’s no full video yet, and Instagram users haven’t stopped commenting on the nearly-month-old post begging her to upload the rest. Recently, though, Refinery29 heard directly from the doctor herself that she has something big coming soon. We don’t know about you, but after seeing that teaser, it’s going to come to mind every time we hear “big” or “baseball” or “pimple” for a long time, which makes us think that if she mentioned something “big” coming, it could only be this. For now, though, we’ll have to tide ourselves over with her other 3,695 Instagram posts, starting with this unicorn horn.
