Teresa Giudice is keeping it real about her cosmetic treatments. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star recently took to social media to reveal her latest procedure: dissolving her lip filler. Sharing her experience on TikTok, Giudice, 52, documented the entire process, giving fans an up-close view of her lip transformation.
“Come with me to get my lips dissolved,” Giudice told followers as she met with her injector, Chanel, at a spa in West Caldwell, New Jersey. Explaining she wanted a “fresh start,” the reality star mentioned that her lip filler had started to migrate slightly on her top lip, prompting her to dissolve it for a more natural result.
In the video, she addressed fan feedback about her lip filler. “I like my lips, but I’m open to trying a different look,” she said.

Giudice’s injector then walked viewers through the procedure, cautioning that some temporary bruising and swelling are to be expected. She reassured fans that this was part of the process and that Giudice would return in two weeks to assess the results and consider a subtle refill.
Hours later, the reality star showed off her lips post-procedure. “It’s 10:00 PM now, and the swelling’s gone down a lot since 1:30 PM,” she noted, pointing out a minor bruise beneath her now more natural-looking lips.
Once again, the Real Housewife OG showed she’s open and candid about the cosmetic procedures she’s had, even when she wants to tweak or correct them.
