In a year that’s been, quite simply, saturated with beauty launches, comes the we-didn’t-see-it-coming variety via than none other than Soho House, who just announced they are getting into the skin-care game in the form of the 11-piece, genderless Soho Skin.
Yes, the brand may be better known for delivering some next-level social club experiences, but the crowdsourcing is solid: According to a release, the “modern and intelligent skin-care range” took a “science-backed approach grounded in efficacy and efficiency” to create an exclusive line that took members’ feedback (Soho House went to its 118K global members for insight on this one) into account, and the product development team specifically “aimed to create science-backed technical formulations designed to restore the skin’s cellular energy and give it the tools to perform at its best.”
While we don’t know the exact range, we do know that this one goes beyond the steal-it-from-the-shower bath gel and shampoo-conditioner variety, as it includes an exfoliator, face mask, cream, and cleanser, all while taking the “holistic” member lifestyle into account.
The line won’t launch to consumers until September (it’s available in Soho House bedrooms now, but rumors of a waitlist seem to be circulating the site) and will coincide with the introduction of Soho Health Club, as well as new House openings Nashville, Brighton, Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Mexico City.
